The controller is Henning Nathow, operator of AGAPE GLOBAL, at the address shown here. These notices describe the public static website on the existing Alfahosting webspace.
Website access and server logs
The website is hosted by Alfahosting. A request technically transmits information including your IP address, requested address, time, browser and connection information to the hosting server. Server logs support availability, stability, diagnosis and security; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR with these legitimate interests. The provider's exact log retention period has not yet been confirmed and can be requested from the operator.
Contact by email
You can contact us at info@agape-global.de. The email link opens your own email application; the website does not transmit or store form messages. Sender details, messages and any attachments you send are used to handle and answer your request. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR with the interest in reliable communication, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for requests actually related to a contract. Opening the email link does not confirm successful delivery.
Necessary cookies and browser storage
The static website sets no cookies of its own and uses neither LocalStorage nor SessionStorage. There is no public login portal, contact form, tracking or embedded analytics service. Language selection uses the page address. Your email application's settings and data processing are independent of this.
Fonts, images and external links
Images, stylesheets and the navigation script are served by our own web server; fonts use your device's system fonts. No external font, map, video or analytics providers are embedded. Technical delivery is based on the legitimate interest in a functioning website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The client has confirmed usage and personal image permissions for the documentary photographs; the agreed visible credit is © Hendrik Peusch. External links are subject to the destination provider's notices.
Recipients and international transfers
Alfahosting provides technical hosting; info@agape-global.de uses the existing mailbox. The operator and any persons authorised for this purpose can access enquiries. The website sends no content to translation, analytics or form services. Details of provider agreements, subprocessors and processing locations can be requested from the operator; no additional review of these contracts is claimed here.
Retention and deletion criteria
Email enquiries are retained to handle them and for any necessary further purposes. Once these cease, they should be deleted unless applicable retention obligations or legal defence require otherwise. A binding deletion schedule for the mailbox, provider logs and backups remains to be confirmed. The static website creates no contact database entries or additional message copies. Deleting an individual email does not automatically remove backup copies.
Your data protection rights
Subject to the relevant statutory conditions, you may request access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Please contact info@agape-global.de or the address above.
Objecting to processing based on legitimate interests
For processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. The processing concerned will then stop unless demonstrable overriding legitimate grounds or the necessary establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims justify continuing. The spam checks described are not automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects within Article 22 GDPR.
Right to complain
Under Article 77 GDPR, you may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you habitually reside, work or believe an infringement occurred.
