Amani gUG
Self-help rooted in local communities.
Amani gUG (haftungsbeschränkt) presented sustainable self-help projects in Tanzania and collaboration with local partners. These included feed mills for an organisation raising poultry and sharing approaches to sustainable agriculture on trial plots.
Water wells and the construction of a school were also described. The guiding idea was for projects to endure, with responsibility passing to local people upon completion.
